presence of alcohol in saliva and provide an approximation
of relative blood alcohol concentration. Alco-Screen™
is a very simple, one-step, 2 minute test requiring
no instrumentation, calibration or special training
to be used effectively, and is convenient enough
to be used any time, any place.

The
Alco-Screen™
saliva test provides a straight forward
approach to saliva alcohol testing. The
user places the cream-colored reagent pad
that is fixed to one end of the test strip
directly into the mouth to wet it with saliva.
Any alcohol present in the saliva will turn
the reagent pad green. The more alcohol
present in the saliva, the darker the bluish-green
color will be. Color standards printed on
each foil package indicate the intensity
of green color for alcohol levels of .02,
.04, .08, and .30%. The user compares the
color change against the color standard
to estimate alcohol level. If no alcohol
is present, the cream color remains unchanged.

saliva screening test that works in a clean,
non-invasive manner and provides results in
4 minutes. Simply wet the test pad with saliva
and wait 4 minutes. The development of a line
on the test pad at 4 minutes indicates a blood
alcohol concentration exceeding 0.02% as shown
below. This highly effective test allows you
to tell if the individual being tested is
under the influence of alcohol, putting you
